Club Membership Guidelines
The cost of membership is simply the cost of the allocation at full retail value, minus club discounts, plus applicable local taxes and shipping costs. Your membership commitment is at least a 2 shipment duration from the date you agree to join our club.
The current wine club release is your initial allocation and will be processed at the commencement of your membership.
Bertelsen Winery will keep your credit card on file and automatically charge prior to release. You will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance of the release of the pending transaction.
You must be 21 years of age or older to belong to the wine club. Additionally, shipped orders must be signed by an adult 21 years of age or older. Wine is guaranteed through the first delivery attempt. To avoid charges for shipping and handling through multiple attempts and redirects, we suggest you use a business address to receive your allocations.
Changes to or cancellation of membership must be received in writing 2 weeks prior to a Club allocation release to avoid credit card processing.
